What PSU should I get for my HP a6700z series computer?

I’m wanting to upgrade from 300 Watts to AT LEAST 400 Watts or higher. I’m wanting a good video card, but in order to have that I need a better PSU.

My computer is of the HP a6700z series. I’m using Vista Home Basic. I’m planning on buying the PSU from Newegg.

Lastly, if you could suggest a decent video card to that would be great.
