I am 11 and i have stared going to football games and going over to friends house by my self. should i have a cellphone?

No you shouldn’t. If your not old enough to drive yourself you’re not old enough to have a cellphone. You are 11 and most likely you are hanging out with kids your own age with parents (who have phones) driving you around.
