What does it mean when the samsung behold says network settings unavailable after attempting to send a text?

Every time I try to send a text, my new samsung behold says that the network settings are unavailable! IT’S DRIVING ME CRAZY! Please, if anyone knows whats happening, help!

try going to messaging.
then scroll all the way to the bottom and click on message settings.
then hit text message.
then try text message center.
see if your circle is highlighted on T-Mobile.
If not then highlight it.
if this doesn’t work call customer care 611 from your phone.
