Should i get rid of my pocket pc and buy a pda phone?

was thinking about getting rid of my ipaq hx4700 and buying a pda, pocket phone combined with a phone. Should i do it? Does the phone have all the options of a pocket pc or is missing a few things?
im looking to get it for mainly movies and browse the web via wifi, what you guys think?

I just did. It’s a lot easier having the all in one thing, but there is a negative part, I hate holding that huge thing up to talk on. So I’m opting for a bluetooth and everything will be easier.

I am looking to do just that… but I am holding out trying to get work to buy it for me. Most have all the features that your ipaq has.
