Is it possible to get an unlocked white blackberry pearl from alltell or tmobile and use it for Sprint?

My sister wants the white blackberry pearl, but it’s not offered through Sprint. However, it’s available from Alltel and T-Mobile. She found one she wanted that was unlocked on ebay and she needs to know if she can use it and ujst activate it on the sprint network (and, if she can, can she do it w/o getting the blackberry media package?) Thanks.
