Im using windows vista and im trying to save a file in the gadget directory but it won’t let me?

it gives me a message that I need to get administrator permission in order to copy to this folder (c:/program files/windows sidebar/gadgets) . but Im logged on as administrator (the only user)
how can I get access to this folder?
