if I already have a Nokia 6230 phone and I want to change it,Should I choose the Nokia 6230i or 6131?

I already have a Nokia 6230 but it has been giving some trouble, but it is still under warranty so I would like to change it. I wanted to know if I should choose the Nokia 6230i or the Nokia 6131, because I saw that they both have similar features, but only that the Nokia 6131 is a flip. Can they both hold a 512 Memory Card? Which one has the most Memory on it? I hope I get an answer soon.
