i want to put e weather gadget in my sidebar. but it says ’service not available’ when i put it in e sidebar.

i had set the region (which is singapore) correctly for my laptop. is there anything else i need to set? my friend’s weather gadget is working perfectly fine but she said she had not set anything.
btw it is the original gadget in the computer. i din install it from anywhere

drag weather gadget out of sidebar reset region it should start after you restart computer and Internet is on
