how much should it cost to replace an O2 sensor on an 02 chevy blazer?

one of my O2 sensors are out on my 02chevy blazer 2dr 4wd. The shop is telling me it will be anywhere from 200 to 500 dollars. i just want to go in with a realistic amount and not get ripped off. how many labor hours neede?

not many hour really all it is is the sensor screws into the pipe you just need a specail socket most auto parts store has and you unplug the old one and screw the new on and plug it back in unhook the battier for about 15 mins and you should be back in buissness the only expensive part is the part it self they can range from 30 bucks up too 160 bucks for a blazer

They cost between $45 – $65 usually. Ya just take the old one out & screw / plug in the new one.Do it yerself !
