How do i sync my yahoo contacts to my blackberry?

I added all of my contacts to my yahoo e-mail account and i wanna know if there is an easy way to get them on my blackberry (curve). I tried the yahoo step-by-step get a txt and follow it thing but it leads me no where.
Can anyone spell this out for me?
