How do I fix the keyboard lock on my blackberry curve 8900?

The top left keyboard lock button on my blackberry curve 8900 isn’t working. The top right button for standby works but I don’t know why the keyboard lock button doesn’t work. Anyone have a suggestion how to fix it? Thanks!
