How do I create a theme for my nokia 5300?

I have been browsing Deviantart all morning and I see all these cell phone themes ppl have created, I would love to make one for my cell phone but i have no idea where to begin. I have photoshop and all that goodness, i just dont know how to make images into a theme.
I have a nokia 5300 xpress music phone.
I heard that i can do it online, but where?
