I have Verizon Wireless and I was just wondering if it was possible to use a blackberry phone without having the actual blackberry plan. I don’t want to use it for the internet, but want to use it more for the texting and for the calendar. Does anyone know if this is possible?

I have a blackberry curve, and a go phone sim card. I have tried everything, and nothing works. I cannot get the chime for the go phone notification to GO AWAY.
I’ve edited everything possible, even on silent, vibrate, and OFF! it makes the noise, and this is really annoying when i want to have my phone on in school. =] helpp mee.

I have the Blackberry Curve 8330. Is it possible to show the display picture next to the contact in the list, without having to view each contact separately? In my options, I have nothing that says show display picture. Is it possible to do on the Curve? Would it be possible on the Storm?
