can u put a picture as your wallpaper on a nokia E71?

I’m thinking about buying a nokia E71. I live in australia and currently have a hiptop 3/sidekick 3. I want to know how the keyboard compares to the hiptop3 one I’m used to and if you can use your own pictures as a wallpaper on the phone.
