Can I use my cell Nokia 6300 as a web camera for yahoo messenger?

I do not have the web camera and I wish I know if I can use my cell Nokia 6300 as a web camera, wit all function including as microphone. Do I need a special program? I use Windows XP SP2 and I am connected through Dial-up.
