Can I switch to the blackberry storm without the costly features?

I’m trying to switch my phones and the blackberry has E-mail and Web OR Solution Unlimited Data Usage. I don’t want any of these features because they cost a lot of money per month. I just want to use my blackberry for texting and calling. Is there anyway to choose neither feature?

Most suppliers won’t supply a Storm without the added extras.
This is because they are discounting it heavily, and make back the difference on the monthly contract fees.
