How to change the ring option on my blackberry?

Hi, there. When my Blackberry rings, it vibrates for a while and then the ringer kicks in. Is there a way to change the ring option so that it rings ONLY. I have already tried going to “profiles” and selecting the LOUD ring option, but it’s neither very loud nor does it omit the vibrating. Please help. Thanks!

I have a blackberry storm and would really like to be able to plug it into my car stereo and listen to my music through the speakers… any help? What would I need to buy?
I pay £40.00 a month (that’s with vodafone… 18month contract with unlimited text and email, and 900 mins a month calltime.

I have a photo on my computer I want to send to my friend’s cellphone. I know his cellphone can recieve images. How do I do this? Is there a website?
It’s a Sony Ericsson J220a prepaied GoPhone that has no bluetooth capabilities. I’ve managed to send an email to the phone, but the 3-kb image attachment doesn’t show up.

Is it legal for an Employer to track my blackberry when they do not provide it?

I think the company that I work for has been tracking my movements without my consent by using my blackberry. I have nothing to hide but is this legal? I really don’t want them knowing what I am doing every minute of the day.

Okay, so my birthday is going to be on July 29th. I want a cellphone for my birthday and I am not sure which ones are the best ones out there. I want the following features on my cellphone

and *Ability for me to use AIM and other instant messaging features.
