Hey,

My sister has a BlackBerry and I wanted to help her use it but I can’t find out what model it is!!! The craziest thing I’ve ever seen, no model info on it anywhere. It might not be the newest (thus no pix on the website match).

How can I determine what model it is so I can find help info on the web for it?

I have a Nokia 5300 Xpress Music through Tmobile and I am using a new hp laptop. I have read a little bit about using cell phones as modems (in fact my bf’s mom who works for tmobile suggested it) but Im not quite sure how to do it with my phone.

I hate it when the track titles do not Start With Capitals and the Artist is Unknown. I want to cahnge the titles and the name the artists that are unknown. how can i do that? btw, i have W595 (slide) and i have Walkman 3.0 and Sony Ericsson Media Manager software on my computer. But i can’t seem to cahnge the tracks from the computer either. I tried!

i am planning to buy Nokia N82 though i was not impressed with its looks bcos i think the features are good enough.

I have several audio files that were ringtones on another phone. I Bluetooth’d them to my new LG Xenon, but it saved them as audio files, not ringtones. When i go to the ringtone menu, they’re not there. Nor do i have an option to use them as ringtones from the audio file menu.

how do i put my vids from my sony ericsson cybershot? it says model K800i, and i need to put them into Windows movie maker. when i try to import them into WMM, it says The file MOV00277.3GP cannot be imported because the codec required to play the file is not installed on your computer. If you have already tried to download and install the codec, close and restart Windows Movie Maker, and then try to import the file again.

I have a Nokia 6103 and whenever I take a picture it makes a sound. Is there any way to turn it off, because it gets annoying and the best pictures are when people dont know your taking a picture (myspace pics haha).

or is there no way to turn off the sound for privacy reasons?

I have an LG cameraphone and have service with verizon wireless. I paid $27 for their stupid transfer cable, and I can’t find a way to get photos off of there. Tell me, what’s the point of having a camera phone if you can’t transfer photos?
Ugggh. People, don’t you think I’ve already thought of that? I have a transfer cable, a card and the converter, but the stupid converter doesn’t work and now it’s stuck in my SD card drive because I have no F-ing way to pull the stupid thing out. And I’ve tried everything!

I am planning on buying a Blackberry Curve 8310 for AT&T. The only reason i want this phone is for the keypad.
